The first Local Governing Board (LGB) Meeting set the operational direction for the entire year. The session was conducted under the expert guidance of JCI Senator Amit Khare, a National Trainer, who provided in-depth insights into governance structure, annual planning, team coordination, and leadership accountability.

The newly formed LGB was trained on how to build a structured annual program planner, sector-wise execution strategy, and effective coordination among Vice Presidents and Directors. The focus was on proactive leadership, team motivation, problem-solving, and anticipating challenges throughout the year.
